My progress is missing

Progress is saved locally on the device. Closing and reopening the app should keep your unlocked level, high score, and Endless record. Deleting and reinstalling the app may remove local progress.

How do I restore the Full Game?

Open the Full Game screen and choose Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased the unlock. You will not be charged again for a successful restoration.

Does Nina-Tap need sound?

No. Nina-Tap communicates gameplay visually and does not require sound. Haptic feedback may be disabled through your device settings without affecting play.

I found a gameplay problem

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, the level or mode you were playing, and what appeared on screen. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
